What we need

Name the title. Name the device and whether you used touch or keys. Name the last action and what the playfield did. “It felt unfair” is a mood. “Gap Drop moved me during the hold after I had already committed” is a report.

A screenshot of the still frame after the death helps. A score does not. Scores do not share a unit and do not explain a collision.

What we do not need

Do not send passwords, recovery codes, or a full email dump. There is no required account. Guest progress lives on your device; we cannot roll it back from here, and we should not receive a login that does not exist.

Do not send a demand that a cousin “play like the other game.” Cousins are supposed to differ. If they do not, that is a catalog bug and belongs in the cousins essay, not in a crash report.

Where it goes

Use the address on the FAQ and About pages. Subject line: the game id in kebab-case if you know it, otherwise the title on the card. We would rather fix one unfair death than add another thin URL.

If we cannot reproduce it, we may ask which browser. That is the whole follow-up. We will not ask you to install anything or to create an account to finish the report.
